As 2011 slowly draws to a close we hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.  Pen & Ink Works’ first event for 2012 will be on Sunday, January 8th at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii’s annual New Year’s ‘Ohana Festival in Moiliili.

P&IW will be manning a compact work table under one of the tents at Moiliili Field alongside our friends from the local anime convention Kawaii Kon.  Have any wishes or resolutions for 2012?  Then come to our booth to write, or draw on your very own Paper Ema Wish Tablet.  Take one home and your wish is sure to be with you throughout the year.  Please also feel free to bring your artwork to share and/or receive advice from senior members of P&IW.

Our booth will be open from 10am-4pm with the event and activity free and open to the public.  Click here for more information on other event activities as well as parking options.

The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii is located at 2454 South Beretania St.
